FREQUENTLY  ASKED
QUESTIONS

Where is the wedding day taking place?
Our entire wedding will take place at Belair Pavilion.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive no later than 14:30pm, as our ceremony will begin punctually at 15:00pm.

When should I RSVP by?
We ask that you RSVP before February 14th 2025 in order to provide our venue and vendors with accurate numbers in a timely manner. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will mark you as “not attending”.

Will the wedding events take place indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and our reception onwards will all be indoors.

What should I wear?
We have curated illustrations to help you with the dress code inspiration here.

Ladies, we would love to see you in formal midi to floor length dresses or pantsuits in soft pastel colours. We recommend block heels or heel stoppers as there is grass present at the venue. Gentlemen, we would love to see you suit up! You are welcome to wear black suits, with or without tie’s, but to refrain from bowtie’s. Please avoid wearing jeans, chinos, shorts, t-shirts and sneakers. Please refrain from wearing blue and colours typically reserved for the bride.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Ample free parking is available inside as you enter Belair Pavilion.

There will be a parking attendant upon your arrival, and an evening security guard and patrol dog.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We would love for you all to be fully present in our special moment and request that your phones are away and switched off during our ceremony and confetti toss. Our photography team will capture all those moments. Feel free to take pictures and videos as much as you would like to after our ceremony.

Can I choose my meals in advance?

Yes, as required by our caterer, each guest is to select the preferred main meal that they would like to enjoy.
Furthermore, should you have any dietary requirements / allergies, please indicate this in your RSVP form in order to best accommodate you.
